Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 days.
Made-to-order/custom items can take up to 7-14 days to be made & shipped.
Shipping time in the US usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.

How ethical is this brand?
qtpill is an indie fashion brand I started as a fashion designer. All work from designing, sewing, sourcing, packaging, marketing, etc., is done by me alone unless credited. I strive to be an honest brand that moves towards changing the dark side of the fashion industry.
I source my materials from local fabric shops, Etsy, and any online fabric shop based in the US. I do use some materials/tools that I've picked up from visiting family in Vietnam and directly purchase at the markets there.

How eco-friendly is this brand?
Depending on the item, my packaging will contain either tissue paper, reused plastic bags (sourced from local shops that were going to throw away resealable plastic bags in perfect condition), or biodegradable resealable bags.
I do not add the order receipt to the package because it can be found online. If you do need the order receipt, simply leave a note at checkout and I'll have it in the package for you.

Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are appreciated! If you want to make any personalized changes to an item, or if you want me to create a whole new item for you, just give me the details or any references. I will work with you to make the item you desire! I will also try to get the best price for you based on your budget. Just contact me through storenvy or [email protected]
Please give me at least a week to create the item you want.A 40% deposit of the total price will need to be sent ([email protected]) prior to having the item made.
A photo of the item will be sent to get your approval before shipping it out. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, worldwide shipping will cost around $14-$20.

Can I make changes/add items to my order after it's been placed?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can definitely contact me to make any changes. If your order contains custom fitted items, some changes can't be undone so please contact me so we can work it out.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours (before it's shipped) and I will fully refund you.
As for custom made items, if the 40% deposit is already sent and I've already started on the item, you can cancel your order, but the deposit will not be refunded. (Mostly depending on the item itself) -
Do you want to collab?
Thank you for your interest! My items are all designed & handmade by me and this is a small independent business (not a company), so usually I will contact you if I want to collab.

Wash Care
Hand wash on delicate items is recommended for long lasting.
I would avoid using the dryer and just air dry flat to maintain the item looking as good as new.
Feel free to ask for specific wash care on custom items. -
